The Master Key system allows many combinations in the cylinder,
to have the following results:
1. One key that opens ALL locks in a system (the master
key)
2. All other keys in a system open only
the asigned cylinders.
This type of key are useful when you have
hierarchical structuring on the locks access. For example,
in a business, it gives the possibility to have 1 key that
opens the main door, the managers office door, business
safes, etc. But the other comgination keys in the system
can be made to open only the managers office and the storage
office, and other key to open the main door, but nothing
else.
