The Key Alike System the locks use identical keys, which allows:

 

1. 1 key opens ALL locks in a system.

This type of system is useful when no hierarchical structure in locks acces is needed. For example, in a business, it gives the posibility to access with only 1 key to the main door, the managers door, safes, storage, etc.
